Be it low priced through DHL/Standard Parcel Post, more quickly via DHL Express (Germany only) or UPS, or especially reliable and secure by a specifically trained freight forwarder. Refund Policy

We strive to provide high-quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 5 working days of purchase.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Refunds will be processed to Bank Account/Jazz Cash within 5 working days after approval.
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Certain items may not be eligible for refunds.
  • Once received and inspected, we will process the return and issue a refund or exchange.
